eAuthentication for NASIS

To access NASIS via a browser using the Citrix client software, you must have a NASIS account and be granted permission via eAuthentication.

The Soils Hotline creates all NASIS accounts and manages eAuthentication access to NASIS. Requests for NASIS accounts may be sent to the Soils Hotline directly or through the state or MLRA Office. The state or MLRA Office manages edit permissions within NASIS.

Instructions for USDA Employees

If you have a NASIS account but do not have an eAuthentication login, go to the USDA eAuthentication web site and carefully follow the instructions.

When you have your eAuthentication login, you may send your eAuthentication login to Soils Hotline and request access.

Instructions for Non-USDA Employees

If you have a NASIS account but do not have an eAuthentication login, go to the USDA eAuthentication web site and carefully follow the instructions. Access to NASIS requires a Level 2 Access.

When you have your eAuthentication login, you may send your eAuthentication login to Soils Hotline and request access.
