Installing NASIS 6.1.1 Windows Client

Instructions for downloading and installing NASIS 6.1.1 Windows Client and Microsoft's SQL Express 2005 on non-USDA computers. The NASIS 6.1.1 Windows Client and SQL Express 2005 software for Common Computing Environment (CCE) computers in NRCS offices will be installed by SMS or by the local ITS staff.

Installing NASIS 6.1.2 Windows Client

The NASIS 6.1.2 Windows Client and SQL Express 2008 software links are for use on non-USDA Common Computing Environment (CCE) NASIS installations only. NASIS 6.1.2 has the same features as NASIS 6.1.1 but works with SQL Express 2008. It can be installed on Windows XP or Windows 7 systems. Please read the installation instructions before downloading and installing the NASIS 6.1.2 Windows Client and Microsoft SQL Express 2008 software.
